We are proud and excited to offer our "Cold Mold" brand cake molds to the Ice Cream industry. We know that if you try Cold Molds, you'll quickly see how much better they are for the production of ice cream cakes. The time savings alone will convince you of their value. And their durability makes them a wise investment in the profitability of your operation.
Cold Molds are manufactured from a highly flexible, FDA approved, Silicone Rubber. They are very well suited to the manufacture of ice cream cakes and are far superior to aluminum and spring form cake molds, as well as to the cheaper silicon molds you might find at the national baking supply stores.

Heart Cake Mold. The Heart is a cake mold in the shape of a valentine's heart. It is 9" High x 9 1/2" Wide x 1 7/8" Deep and makes an ice cream cake that weighs approximately 40 ounces.
Note: The Heart mold is not one of our self-produced molds, we import it from one of our European manufacturers. The version of this that we're currently shipping isn't exactly like the image shown here -- it's red, and has vertical "flutes" around the edges.
We're not satisfied with this mold, so are planning to have our own version of it manufactured soon -- hopefully by late 2010, or early 2011. We'll have a 3" tall version ready initially, with a 1.5" version ready shortly thereafter. So once our current inventory of these is sold out, we'll likely not reorder these except on special request.
